Returns, Exchanges & Damages
Q: How do I exchange an item for a different size?
A: To ensure you receive your order quickly, our logistics system processes and ships orders rapidly. If you need a different size, you can return the original item in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Once our warehouse receives and inspects the return, we will issue a refund. You can then place a new order for the correct size.
Q: I just placed my order and realized I entered the wrong size. What should I do?
A: Please contact our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to adjust your order before it ships.
Q: Can I return a sale or clearance item?
A: All sale and clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Q: My return isn’t working on the website. What do I do?
A: If our online return system isn’t cooperating for a full-price, eligible item, please contact our customer service directly. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Our team will assist you within 72 business hours.
Q: The return page doesn’t recognize my order number.
A: Please use the six-digit purchase order number found on your packing slip, along with the email address used for the order, to start the return.
Q: My item is defective. Can I get a replacement or refund?
A: We’re sorry to hear that. Products purchased directly from hustleharness.com are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please contact our customer service with your order number and clear photo(s) of the issue, and we will advise on the replacement or return process.
Q: I bought a Hustle Harness item from a retail store and it’s defective. Can you help?
A: For items purchased from an authorized retailer, you will need to follow the specific return and warranty policy of that store. Please contact your original point of purchase for assistance.
Promo Codes & Price Adjustments
Q: My promo code isn’t working. What can I do?
A: We apologize for the hassle. Please place your order and then immediately contact our customer service team with your order number (you can forward the confirmation email). We will apply the correction and refund you the discount amount.
Q: What is your price adjustment policy?
A: If an item you purchased (without a promo code) is further reduced in price within 4 days of your original purchase date, Hustle Harness will refund you the difference. Please contact customer service with your order number for review.
